Our extensions are made from 100% Remy Human Hair, which means the hair cuticles are aligned in the same direction for a natural look and smooth feel. This high-quality hair is ethically sourced from Ukraine.

2. How long do BCH Hair Extensions™ last?
With proper care, our extensions can last 6 to 12 months or longer. Regular maintenance, such as gentle washing and avoiding excessive heat, will help extend their lifespan.

3. How do I choose the right type of hair extension?
We offer various types of extensions, including clip-ins, tape-ins, sew-ins, and bonded extensions, all of which are special orders with the exception of our weft hair extensions. Your choice depends on your desired look, budget, and how long you want to wear them. Our customer service team can help guide you to the best option based on your needs.

4. Can I style my BCH Hair Extensions™ with heat tools?
Yes, you can style your extensions with heat tools just like your natural hair. However, we recommend using heat protectant products to prevent damage and maintain the quality of the extensions.

5. How should I care for my hair extensions?
To keep your extensions in top condition, wash them with a gentle, sulfate-free shampoo, and condition regularly. Avoid excessive heat and heavy styling products. Also, consider using a wide-tooth comb to detangle your extensions gently.

6. How do I apply BCH Hair Extensions™?
The application method depends on the type of extensions you choose. Clip-ins are easy to apply at home, while tape-ins, sew-ins, and bonded extensions may require a professional stylist. We provide detailed instructions for each type, and our team can help you with the application process if needed.

7. Can I return or exchange my extensions?
We offer a satisfaction guarantee on our products. If you are not happy with your purchase, you must notify us immediately and we must receive the return within 14 business days for a refund. After the 14 days we will not accept the return of the product and associated costs. Returns will incur a 15% restocking fee and must be in its original packaging, unopened and not been used.
